Slowdown -- because the fundamental principle and problem of our "civilization" is exponential growth; more and more and more of everything, which is suicidal. Hence the low-down is the need to slow down. (I thought of calling this blog Prepare to Stop.)
Dirty -- because too many of us have completely lost touch with that reality; especially, with what food is and where it comes from.
